One hour of reverse engineering time. We take an existing part, often one that's worn out, broken or no longer made, measure it, and build an accurate 3D model so it can be reproduced or improved. The quantity selector sets the number of hours.

- Copying a part so you can make it in a stronger material
- Upgrading a part while keeping the original mounting points
How it works
- Send the part to our West Palm Beach shop or drop it off. For simple parts, clear photos and measurements may be enough.
- We measure the part with precision tools and model it in CAD, rebuilding any broken or worn areas.
- You receive STEP and STL files, ready for printing or machining. We can make the part for you too.
Frequently asked questions
Do you need the original part?
It gives the best result. If that isn't possible, detailed photos with a scale reference and key measurements can work for simpler shapes.
Will I get my part back?
Yes. We return your original with the finished files or new parts.
Can you fix what failed on the original?
Often, yes. If a section kept cracking, we can thicken it, add ribs or change the material when we remake it.
Can you copy branded or patented parts?
We reproduce parts for your own use and repair. We don't copy logos or branded designs for resale.
